Directions for Use

Recommended for broths, warm drinks or sauces or add to dishes to increase digestibility & nutrition. 

Add 2 teaspoons to a heaped tablespoon (1 serve = 10g) to a cup/mug of hot water for a nutritious bone broth, add spices and vegetables as desired. Or use in dressings and sauces.
